After the meeting we’d like to share our ever-popular hot fudge sundaes based on Stanley Neal’s coveted recipe. To prepare for that meeting attached is an overview of our year-end financials from 2021, another year like no other. This year we have only one board member whose term is up—Jamelie Taylor—and she has agreed to remain on the board.
